Focus is on risk management, stakeholder advisement, and data-driven solutions. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of relevant lending experience, deep product knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination.
• In-depth Commercial Lending Product knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products & services.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
• Data driven decision making - In-depth.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts.
• Supports management and administration of the accounts; ensures timely, accurate reports and compliance.
• Provides input into planning and implementation of operational programs.
• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Coordinates and executes activities for strategic initiatives with metrics tracking.
