Fabick Cat is seeking a Credit Representative to manage collections for a defined portfolio and assess credit risk on new applications. You will collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to resolve disputes and maintain accurate account records.

Competenze

• Experience in collections, credit, or customer service required.
• Associate degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Mansioni

• Manage collections for a defined portfolio of accounts.
• Credit risk assessment for new credit applications using credit reports and tools.
• Obtain and review tax exemption certificates for applicable states.
• Validate and sign lien waivers.
• Provide customer service on collection issues.
• Process customer refunds.
• Review account adjustments and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely resolutions.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor cash postings.
