Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related credit management experience.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and credit reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit administration and policy development.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Supervise Credit Analyst and Credit & AR Specialist positions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in the credit department.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and IT on system enhancements.
• Develop and present credit-related metrics to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance customer needs with risk controls.
