Qualifications

• Current or previous collection, credit and/or customer service experience required
• Associate's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail required
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality required
• Ability to be persuasive while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize heavy workload, work under pressure and multitask
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment when needed
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required with ability to implement customized plan based on customer needs

Responsabilités

• Manage collections for a defined portfolio of accounts
• Conduct credit and risk assessment for new applications
• Obtain and review tax exemption certificates
• Validate and sign Lien Waivers
• Provide customer service on collection issues
• Process customer refunds
• Review account adjustments and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Perform account reconciliations
• Communicate and coordinate collection actions
• Conduct periodic credit limit analysis
• Review and release orders on hold
• Research and resolve cash posting disputes
• Process customer payments
• Assist with Cat Card products
• Handle customer number add requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
