Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking a Relationship Manager I–III to join the Credit Resolution Team in Pendleton, Oregon or Pasco, Washington. This full-time role reports to the SVP, Lending and focuses on timely correction and collection of adversely classified loan portfolios through proactive service and management.

Responsibilities include analyzing larger loan relationships, making credit recommendations, and maintaining strong borrower relationships while coordinating with lending and insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent.
• At least two years’ progressively complex professional experience, preferably in banking or credit.
• Ability to understand and interpret increasingly complex financial statements, loan documents and collateral documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned loan portfolio and service delinquencies and defaults.
• Analyze larger loan relationships and prepare high quality credit packages.
• Make sound credit decisions within delegated authority.
• Maintain effective relationship management and negotiate terms with accounts.
• Accurately classify loans and report portfolio activity to supervisor.
• Collaborate with Lending and Insurance Group for risk management of high-risk credits.
