Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented credit disputes specialist to join our US-based client service team. You will manage end-to-end dispute processes, interpret credit reports, and prepare persuasive dispute letters for clients.

This role emphasizes accurate record keeping, timely updates to clients, and collaboration with credit repair platforms. A strong grasp of FCRA basics and proficient Google Workspace usage will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct credit dispute or credit report analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of FCRA basics and dispute cycle mechanics.
• Clear spoken US English with neutral accent.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheet tracking tools.
• Experience with credit repair platforms (CreditRepairCloud, DisputeFox) preferred.
