Be Epic is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with credit repair experience to support clients on their journey to better credit.

You will review credit reports, draft dispute letters, manage client records, and communicate updates by email, phone, or chat. The role demands independence, organization, and familiarity with credit repair tools. Experience as a VA is a must, with knowledge of platforms like Credit Repair Cloud a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the credit repair industry or similar field.
• Strong understanding of credit reports, scoring, and dispute processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with office software and credit repair tools.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• At least 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience is a MUST.
• Familiarity with credit repair platforms like Credit Repair Cloud or Smart Credit is a plus.
• Knowledge of FCRA and related regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating the credit repair process, including reviewing reports and identifying inaccuracies.
• Communicate progress to clients via email, phone, or chat.
• Manage and maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare and submit dispute letters to bureaus, creditors, and agencies.
• Provide general admin support: scheduling, inquiries, and workflow management.
• Organize documents and ensure smooth operations.
• Research credit laws, bureau processes, and best practices.
• Track case progress and provide regular updates to clients.
