Job summary

20four7va in Maryland is seeking a client-facing Intake and Credit Support Associate to join our team. You will conduct intake calls, review credit reports, and explain findings using our standard procedures.

This role emphasizes organized scheduling, accurate note-taking, and clear communication with prospective clients. Training is provided, and success hinges on reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to escalate complex questions to management.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience reading consumer credit reports preferred.
• Client-facing or customer-service experience strongly preferred.
• Mortgage, lending, credit repair, banking or financial-services experience preferred.
