Job summary

Félix, a fast-growing fintech serving the Latino community in the US, is hiring a Product Operations & Strategy Senior Manager. You will co-lead the team’s long-term strategy, align squads with senior stakeholders, and maximize AI-enabled workflows while maintaining fraud and compliance standards.

You will own the team’s operational rhythm—from roadmaps to OKRs—within a fully remote setup today, with a future hybrid transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-growing, hyper-scaling startups.
• Ability to operate with independence in ambiguity and make data-backed trade-offs.
• Strong data analysis and structured thinking with metrics-driven approach.
• Elite stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Compliance, Finance.
• Familiarity with agile product-management tools and modern tracking (OKRs/Roadmaps).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to build executive reporting for global leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate broad strategic visions into crisp, high-impact presentations and directions for stakeholders.
• Co-lead alignment on complex strategic topics across internal leaders.
• Scale AI tooling across pipelines while interfacing with AI engineering and maintaining fraud/compliance.
• Design and operationalize workflows for multi-product feature interaction.
• Partner with Data Analytics and User Research to uncover opportunities and turn data into decisions.
• Audit and optimize day-to-day operations to inject speed and visibility with execution focus.
• Co-drive the framework for OKR setting, milestones, and Roadmap Summits.
