Félix is seeking a Head of Product Design to define declarative and generative UI strategies for WhatsApp and future native surfaces, shipping the platform’s first version with real products and money.

You will lead discovery across squads, shape conversations and patterns, ensure compliance with legal and risk requirements, and mentor designers in a fully remote environment with a future move to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft.
• Lead discovery across product teams and translate findings into direction.
• Hands-on with declarative UI: components as structured specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across products. Own questions no single squad owns.
• Define design with generative and declarative UI; set patterns while shipping v1.
• Ship v1 on WhatsApp; then extend to native iOS and Android.
• Set direction for conversation across products and maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with squad designers; critique early and iterate.
