Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years of administrative, finance, banking, leasing, lending, or credit processing experience preferred.
• Experience within equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, or financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with LeaseWorks, Citrix, or similar financial technology platforms preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with database management and data entry best practices.
• Ability to export, import, and manage information across multiple business systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming credit applications and supporting documentation.
• Enter, update, and maintain application data within lease and loan origination systems.
• Verify customer, business, financial, and application information for completeness and accuracy.
• Obtain additional documentation and information from customers, vendors, sales representatives, and third parties as needed.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of credit packages to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential concerns.
• Perform employment, business, and reference verifications when required.
• Monitor application status and ensure files progress efficiently through the credit review process.
• Prepare complete and organized credit files for submission to underwriting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding application status, documentation requests, and funding requirements.
• Assist with reporting, data management, and administrative functions related to the credit process.
• Support quality control initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and helping maintain data accuracy.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
