Job summary

Apollo seeks a Director to join the Strategic Diligence & Implementation team, focusing on product structuring, implementation, and investor onboarding across its credit platform. You will work with senior team members to develop and implement new products, including commingled funds, funds-of-one, and separate accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in alternative asset management, law, or investment banking.
• Experience with product structuring and development.
• Experience with fund offering documents (PPMs, partnership agreements, subscription docs).
• Understanding of the credit investment landscape.
• Knowledge of U.S. and global securities regulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help structure, develop and implement new products for Apollo's credit platform.
• Support investor onboarding and negotiations during fundraising.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal, finance, and tax teams.
• Assist in capital raising processes and lifecycle management.
