Job summary

Apollo Global Management is seeking an Associate to contribute to the Credit & Insurance technology strategy. You will work with senior Product Managers to translate business requirements into product outcomes across front-office, trading, risk, and data domains.

The role requires hands-on fintech experience, familiarity with capital markets workflows, and a collaborative, self-starting approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years in product management, tech implementation, or financial services.
• Familiarity with front-office workflows in credit or fixed income.
• Ability to write structured requirements and manage backlogs.
• Strong analytical and data skills; proficient in Excel and SQL; experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and delivery of technology platforms across Credit & Insurance.
• Translate trader/PM/risk requirements into product specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to manage sprints and blockers.
• Maintain product roadmaps across verticals aligned with Credit tech strategy.
• Support platform and vendor evaluations including demos and scoring.
