Job summary

Apollo Capital Solutions is seeking a senior, strategic leader to own and scale the ICE Private Credit Intelligence platform. You will drive platform ownership, commercial strategy, and multi-tenant data governance across the private credit ecosystem.

You will coordinate with senior ACS/AAT leadership, onboard originators, manage partnerships, and develop revenue models for data and analytics. Strong execution in ambiguous environments is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in private credit trading, origination, or portfolio operations.
• Proven track record building new platforms or business lines.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to design models and revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication and execution skills in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Apollo side of the ICE partnership end-to-end, including product development, data standards, go-to-market, and commercial strategy.
• Manage phased buildout from foundation to market‑standard analytics and onboarding.
• Build and manage the document supply pipeline for data extraction.
• Design visibility tiers and access rules for deal‑level data flow.
• Drive ICE adoption into Apollo’s closing and operations workflows.
• Lead integration of ICE data with internal systems and external platforms.
• Transition securities master from manual data entry to AI‑assisted validation.
• Anchor GP enrollment and commercial strategy, onboarding originators and asset managers.
• Own P&L trajectory with revenue models across lifecycle events.
• Lead market-structure strategy across infrastructure for private credit.
• Coordinate across trading, portfolio management, legal, compliance, ops, tech, IR, and Athene teams.
• Translate between markets and infrastructure language to influence platform development.
