Gen II Fund Services, LLC, based in New York, is seeking a Treasury Operations Leader to manage a growing centralized treasury team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day money movement, implementing treasury tech solutions, onboarding clients, and coordinating payments for capital calls and investor distributions.

The ideal candidate will have a finance degree, 3+ years in treasury or banking services, strong leadership and transformation skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of centralized treasury professionals for daily money movement.
• Implement Gen II treasury technology solutions and onboarding for clients.
• Coordinate with Client Managers on payment instructions and timing.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via oral and written communication.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures and internal control narratives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide monthly statistics on team volume.
• Support accountants and investor service professionals as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks which we call ‘Defined Business Activities’. The list of defined business activities is not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time:

• Lead a growing team of centralized treasury individuals, that manages the day-to-day money movement for Gen II clients
• Actively involved in the implementation of Gen II’s treasury technology solutions
• Assist with onboarding clients to the appropriate platforms
• Work with Client Managers, and their respective teams, across Gen II to manage payment instructions and timing of payments for investment capital calls, investor distributions and expenses
• Respond to client inquiries in a prompt manner, utilizing oral and written communications
• Oversee the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Control narratives related to the Treasury systems' functions with accuracy and completeness
• Identify opportunities for standardization, and continual process improvement and coordination
• Ensure daily operations functions are completed in a timely manner
• Provide training to client teams on treasury processes and procedures
• Serve as a client contact for any escalation needs
• Liaise with client banks
• Provide support, on an as-requested basis, to the accountants and investor service professionals
• Operate in a deadline driven, high volume and constantly changing environment
• Provide monthly statistics of the team’s volume and key performance indicators
• Other duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience:

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our New York office and two (2) days remotely.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level
