Origin Staffing is assisting a leading global investment platform in Boston with an Investment Operations Manager role. Hybrid work arrangement offers significant exposure to CLOs, syndicated bank loans, and other credit investments.

The role combines hands-on operation management with people leadership, partnering with agent banks, trustees, and internal investment teams to ensure accurate cash and position activity, settlements, and complex corporate actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment operations, credit operations, or related financial services.
• Strong experience with CLOs, syndicated loans, private credit or structured credit.
• Experience leading or developing team members.
• Hands-on understanding of loan servicing, trade settlements, and reconciliations.
• Experience with external counterparties (banks, trustees, custodians, brokers) and with related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day investment operations across CLOs, syndicated loans, bonds, and other credit investments.
• Oversee reconciliations, investigate breaks, and drive issue resolution.
• Manage loan servicing activities including fundings, paydowns, rollovers, rate resets, and amortization.
• Coordinate corporate actions like amendments, extensions, refinancings.
• Support CLO operations including trustee relationships and waterfall validation.
• Partner with agent banks, custodians, administrators, and internal teams.
• Develop and mentor team members to improve workflows and processes.
• Track operational issues and implement scalable improvements.
• Support onboarding of new investments and counterparties.
