Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Credit Operations Administrator to support the loan operations team within Credit Operations. This role helps maintain standards, support process docs, follow procedures, and contribute to a strong client experience.

You will participate in training, drive accuracy, review credit agreements, enter loan data, and assist with reconciliation and reporting. Hybrid schedule: three days in office, two remote, US work authorization required.

Job description

A Credit Operations Administrator will provide essential support to the loan operations team within Gen II’s Credit Operations function. This individual will assist in maintaining operational standards, supporting process documentation, following established procedures and controls, participating in training activities, and contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Credit Operations Tracking

Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in credit operations, fund administration, or a related financial services function.


• Strong understanding of loan servicing, documentation, and private credit structures.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.


• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills


• Bachelor's degree required - Finance, Economics, or Business Administration major preferred


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
