Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Valid driver's license is required.

• Supervises, directs, and leads assigned staff, directing work and providing guidance to efficient office and credit operations.
• Manages accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Reviews and evaluates credit applications; investigates financial status; approves or rejects credit; establishes credit limits.
• Contacts delinquent customers by telephone/text to pursue payment and communicates terms of sales or credit contract.
• Ensures all correspondence with customers concerning accounts is properly documented.
• Analyzes collection reports to evaluate status of collections and effectiveness of policies.
• Organizes collection workload by delinquency level and delegates accounts to staff.
• Prepares paperwork for legal action against severely delinquent customers; submits delinquent accounts to attorney or outside agency.
• Maintains secure customer files and ensures filing order and confidentiality.
• Ensures daily bookkeeping and cash-handling procedures are followed and records kept.
