Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, loan processing, or collections.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and leads staff in credit operations.
• Oversees AR and collections activities.
• Reviews and verifies credit applications and sets limits.
• Contacts delinquent customers by phone/text to collect payments.
• Ensures all correspondence is documented.
• Reviews collection reports and policies for effectiveness.
• Prepares paperwork for legal action when needed.
