Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; three years experience in accounting/bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Experience in credit, collections, or related finance roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and oversee accounts receivable and collections operations.
• Review applications; investigate financial status and approve/reject credit per policy.
• Contact delinquent customers by phone/text to collect payments and enforce terms.
• Document all correspondence and post payments to customer accounts.
• Prepare paperwork for legal action and coordinate with attorneys or agencies as needed.
