Confidential banking organization is seeking a Credit Administration Specialist to support its lending function through loan administration, portfolio data management, and recurring reporting. The role is well suited for someone with loan operations experience and strong Excel skills.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports, reconcile loan data across internal systems, and collaborate with lending teams to ensure accuracy and timely management reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan administration or related banking function.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience compiling recurring management reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize loan information used for recurring management reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly loan and portfolio reports.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, reconcile, and present loan data.
• Work with loan information from internal systems and other applicable sources.
• Ensure information included in management reports is complete and accurate.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting activities.
• Apply working knowledge of loans and lending terminology when compiling portfolio information.
• Coordinate with lending and other internal teams to obtain required loan information.
• Maintain organized and accurate loan-related records and data.
• Assist with additional loan administration and reporting responsibilities as required.
