Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY, and Columbus, OH is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to coordinate commercial loan documentation, booking, funding and collateral actions.

You will work with underwriters, outside counsel and WLS partners to ensure accuracy and timely processing of loan packages. The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in loan operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial loan operations or a credit environment.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and ability to review loan documents for accuracy.
• Knowledge of credit and commercial loan systems.
• Good verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi task and prioritize in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through HotDocs.
• Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and terms.
• Coordinate with Underwriter and outside counsel on documents.
• Route loan documentation to WLS partners for booking and funding.
• Coordinate with WLS partners for the release, substitution or addition of collateral.
