Testing Site - JPMC in San Francisco seeks a Credit Support Specialist to coordinate loan documentation between market, Underwriter, and Wholesale Lending Serves (WLS). You will handle execution, booking, funding, and collateral actions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approved terms.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and ability to review loan documents for accuracy and terms.
• Knowledge of credit products and credit systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through HotDocs.
• Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and alignment with approved terms.
• Coordinate with Underwriter, outside counsel and vendors for collateral and related tasks.
• Ensure completeness of loan package and forward to WLS partner for booking/funding.
• Follow up with customers, Bankers, Underwriters and attorneys to clear documentation exceptions.
• Coordinate with WLS partners for collateral release, substitution or additions.
