Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to coordinate activities between the market, the Underwriter, and Wholesale Lending Serves (WLS).

You will handle executed commercial loan documentation, assist with loan booking and funding, and support collateral release and related tasks. Responsibilities include preparing documents through HotDocs, reviewing loan agreements, notes, guaranties and security documents for accuracy, coordinating with outside counsel and vendors, and

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and ability to review loan documents for accuracy.
• Knowledge of commercial credit products and loan systems.
• Good verbal, written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through HotDocs.
• Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and agreement with approved terms.
• Coordinate with Underwriter, outside counsel and vendors for certificate and title work.
• Route loan documentation to WLS partners for booking and funding.
• Follow up with customers, Bankers, Underwriters and attorneys to clear documentation exceptions.
• Coordinate with WLS partners for release, substitution or addition of collateral.
