Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of customer master data and governance adherence.
• Process setup of customer accounts and create customer files with taxability data.
• Maintain consistent, complete customer credit files.
• Support expediting credit applications and verify credit information.
• Monitor sales tax certificate database and assist with certificate collection.
• Update customer records to support credit teams.
• Provide additional administrative support and vacation coverage.
• Maintain relationships with the credit teams and distribute invoices and statements.
• Research short payments and assist with invoice resolution.
• Analyze returned payments and perform root cause analysis.
• Assist in vendor information packets and uphold confidentiality.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects.
