United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Model Governance Lead, Credit, to own and execute the model governance program for our Credit products. You will ensure that the models supporting the company’s Credit Score and Insights products are sound, validated, well-documented, and fit for their intended use.

You will work independently while partnering with model owners and cross-functional teams, providing thoughtful challenge, identifying risks, and guiding remediation.

Competenze

• 7+ years building and owning a model governance program.
• Experience in model validation, model risk management, model development, or Data Science.
• Deep knowledge of models built for credit.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts and rigorous validation (e.g., XGBoost).
• Familiarity with foundation models and neural networks.

Mansioni

• Own and execute the Model Governance program for the company’s Credit products.
• Ensure models are conceptually sound, validated, documented, and fit for use.
• Identify risks and remediation plans; provide independent challenge to model owners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to strengthen development and validation practices.
• Create clear, rigorous documentation to help customers understand the models behind Credit products.
• Support responsible use of machine learning as new scores/attributes are developed.
