Job summary

Centennial-Bank is seeking a Senior Model Risk Governance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the bank's model risk governance program. This role emphasizes remediation, monitoring, and control improvements across the enterprise.

You will coordinate with lines of business, regulators, and auditors, maintaining the model inventory and delivering regular status updates and risk reports to the Board and committees.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of finance and related fields.
• Four-year college degree plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months related management experience.
• Strong mathematical and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a model risk governance framework and structure.
• Develop and implement company-wide MRMG standards.
• Identify ownership for models and related controls.
• Conduct periodic model risk and control assessments across the enterprise.
• Produce model risk reports for Board and management committees.
• Coordinate with regulators and external auditors on MRMG matters.
• Support annual model review process and process improvements.
