Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Credit Manager to lead credit and collections, ensuring sound credit decisions and healthy cash flow. You will balance customer service with risk mitigation, supervise specialists, and partner with sales, finance, IT, and operations to support profitable growth.

The role emphasizes credit evaluation, order release oversight, and robust AR management within a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel and SQL skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in credit/finance.
• Experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and order‑to‑cash processes.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve credit applications and set credit limits.
• Oversee credit holds, collaborate with production/shipping for timely order release.
• Supervise credit and deduction staff and provide coaching.
• Monitor aging AR, prioritize high‑risk accounts, and follow up on past‑due balances.
• Guide collections, negotiate payment plans, and escalate when needed.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support dispute research with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and improve credit policies and internal controls.
