A specialized investment management firm is seeking an Investment Professional to join its team. The firm focuses on lending to critical technology sectors, including microelectronics, biotechnology, advanced computing, clean energy, AI, cybersecurity, and energy infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

The Investment Professional will evaluate, underwrite, and execute debt investment opportunities in companies undergoing transformation through growth, product launches, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with senior team members and partners to assess investment theses, structure transactions, and support portfolio management.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing detailed analysis and underwriting of potential investments.
2. Developing and maintaining financial models and valuation frameworks.
3. Conducting industry, market, and company-specific diligence.
4. Preparing investment committee materials and presenting recommendations.
5. Supporting deal execution, including coordinating diligence and legal documentation.
6. Monitoring portfolio company performance and supporting value creation initiatives.

Qualifications:
