Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer credits and issue credits accurately and timely.
• Review documentation and investigate discrepancies on returns.
• Submit queries and payback requests with vendors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales for accurate credits.
• Run Axapta reports for month-end counts and inventory counts.
• Assist with month-end counts and reconcile variances.
• Support AR, invoicing, and AP activities as needed.
