Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain financials and ensure timely processing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes. You will work with the accounting team to support budgets and provide data for executive review.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing schedules for audits, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. This on-site role may require some travel and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 1-2 years accounting experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite or other accounting software experience required

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial data for short- and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly bank and GL account reconciliations.
• Daily cash applications to AR journal entries.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
• Assist in month end closing and year-end audit by preparing all audit schedules and reports.
• Assist with additional third-party audits and other ad-hoc assignments.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field

1-2 years accounting experience

Excel proficiency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
