Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Call Center Supervisor for Credit Report Disputes in Chicago, operating in a hybrid model. You will lead a dedicated team to investigate, process, and resolve credit reporting disputes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will coach and develop dispute specialists, monitor performance, and collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance to align processes with FCRA and Metro 2 standards. This role reports to the Department Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in credit reporting dispute operations.
• Expert in credit dispute resolution, FCRA, Metro 2, and e-OSCAR.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coach, train, and evaluate staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the dispute resolution team, ensuring timely and compliant processing of all dispute cases.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and development to dispute specialists to maintain quality standards and dispute investigation accuracy.
• Analyze dispute trends and root causes of processing errors, implementing process enhancements to prevent future escalations.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance partners to align dispute handling workflows with FCRA/Metro 2 guidelines and internal standards.
• Monitor KPIs, dispute turnaround times, and quality assurance audits to drive productivity and efficiency.
