Continental Finance Company is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst to join its Operations team in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on investigating complex disputes, including application fraud and bankruptcy filings, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in fraud investigations or credit reporting disputes, familiarity with AUDs and e-OSCAR, and strong analytical skills to navigate customer scenarios while upholding SLAs and company

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in fraud investigations, credit reporting disputes, consumer disputes, or related investigative role.
Familiarity with credit bureau reporting and dispute processes including e-OSCAR and AUDs.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve disputes involving credit bureau reporting and bankruptcy cases.
Analyze transaction patterns and supporting documentation to assess fraud claims.
Submitting AUDs to credit reporting agencies via e-OSCAR to correct or update information.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather information and documentation.
Coordinate with credit reporting agencies to resolve disputes and complaints.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams for escalated cases.
Serve as SME for escalated dispute cases involving fraud and bankruptcy.
