Job summary

Enova is seeking a Contact Center Supervisor - Credit Report Disputes to lead a dedicated team responsible for investigating, processing, and resolving credit reporting disputes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires coaching and mentoring dispute specialists, analyzing trends, and collaborating with operations, legal, and compliance to align workflows with FCRA/Metro 2 guidelines. Hybrid schedule and bonus potential are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in credit report dispute operations.
• In-depth expertise in credit dispute resolution, FCRA regulations, Metro 2 format, and e-OSCAR processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the credit report dispute resolution team.
• Provide ongoing coaching to dispute specialists to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Analyze dispute trends and root causes; implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance to align workflows with guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround times, and QA audits to drive efficiency.
