Qualifications

• Experience supporting credit derivatives trading, trading services, middle office, trade support, or a closely related function.
• Working knowledge of credit derivatives products such as credit default swaps, indices, tranches, options, and total return swaps.
• Working knowledge of hedging and related products such as interest rate swaps, corporate bonds, futures, equity securities, and equity derivatives.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade processing, including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting concepts.
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams, using clear documentation and structured follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to a well-controlled environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to identify patterns, investigate exceptions, and propose practical fixes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Capture transactions accurately and on time in designated trading and risk systems
• Perform intraday and end-of-day completeness and reconciliation checks to support accurate processing of trading activity
• Execute required controls, evidence completion, and complete timely sign-offs in line with established procedures
• Partner with the trading desk and support teams to triage questions, investigate breaks, and drive timely resolution
• Coordinate across operations partners and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end processing and reduce operational risk
• Contribute to strategic and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, control design, and operating model clarity
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of credit derivatives trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives
