Job summary

System One is hiring a Credit / Customer Services Representative in Harrisburg, PA. This contract-to-hire role supports credit maintenance, invoicing, and order approvals in a hybrid model with monthly onsite presence.

The candidate should have a high school or associate in business/accounting (or equivalent); a four-year business degree is preferred. Full-time hours with overtime, weekends, and training as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
• Ability to learn and utilize various job-specific software applications.
• High School or Associates Degree with emphasis on business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Four-year degree in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the credit and collection maintenance of a prescribed territory of customer receivables.
• Manage the territory within prescribed goals with high efficiency and professionalism.
• Collect invoices, chargebacks, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Review and approve orders in accordance with companyCredit policy and individual goals.
• Maintain assigned customer accounts, adhering to company policies on open balance, aging, order approval, and issue resolution.
• Review and approve orders promptly within company guidelines.
• Collect past due invoices and follow up with customers as needed.
• Resolve non-research related customer issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze large volumes of data accurately and with attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers and customers.
• Follow company policies, including attendance requirements.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.
• Cross-train and perform workload-related duties in other areas as needed.
