Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of customer accounts with open balances, aging, and issue resolution.
• Review and approve orders per policy and within timelines.
• Collect past-due invoices within policy parameters.
• Resolve non-research related customer issues.
• Determine root causes to prevent recurrence and assist in reducing ongoing issues.
• Handle large data volumes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Adhere to company policies, including attendance.

This is a Temp to Hire role. Four (4) month assignment with opportunity to potentially go permanent.

Summary:

Responsible for the credit/collection maintenance of a prescribed territory of customer receivables. Required to manage the territory within prescribed goals and with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism. Responsible for the collection of invoices, chargebacks and the resolution of customer issues. Responsible for the review and approval of orders all within the bounds of D&H Credit policy and individual goals and parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned portfolio of customer accounts within parameters of company policy related to open balance, aging, order approval and issue resolution.

• High degree of expertise in several discrete software applications required.
• Must be able to communicate to co-workers and customers in a professional and positive manner.
• Must adhere to company policies, including attendance.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School or Associates Degree with emphasis on business or accounting or commensurate experience required. Four year degree in business preferred.
