Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to access high-quality goods and deliver white-glove service in-store and in customers’ homes. You will manage credit and collections, assist customers with a friendly approach, and support loading, unloading, and installation of products with safety at the forefront.

A 1–3 year background in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
