Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager in the Pittsburgh area. You will help customers access high-quality goods and positively impact growth through daily collections and excellent service.

The role involves in-store and in-home service, with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising duties. A 1–3 year background in retail or collections is expected, along with a HS diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely, following handling procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized products and cleanliness.
