Rent-A-Center in Williamsport is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, drive customer service excellence, and coordinate deliveries and merchandising in-store and in customers' homes.

You will handle payments, cultivate positive relationships, and ensure safe, compliant loading/unloading of products. A background in retail or collections and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: help grow revenue by contacting customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products while following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
