Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Credit Services Specialist in Rosemont, IL. The role focuses on processing financial reporting, covenant tracking, and managing loan documentation within the bank’s digital system.

You will update covenant tracking, verify documentation, and assist the commercial lending teams. A high school diploma is required, with 1–3 years of banking experience preferred; a degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ banking experience preferred.
• Commercial lending and loan documentation experience a plus.
• Experience with covenant tracking and document imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process financial reporting and covenant tracking requests for commercial lending teams.
• Upload credit file documents to the bank’s digital file system.
• Update reporting and covenant tracking system per LOB requests.
• Verify documentation for updates/approvals and obtain covenant waivers/modifications.
• Provide client support for assigned charters and respond to inquiries.
