Responsibilities

• Processes loan payments, payoffs, advances, wires and maintenance.
• Monitors and processes loan requests and inquiries submitted in the Loan Operations mailbox.
• Ensures transactions between loan system and general ledger are balanced and resolves differences.
• Provides customer service to external and internal customers.
