Qualifications

• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience preparing/reviewing very complex commercial and commercial real estate loan transactions.
• Familiar understanding of commercial lending concepts and loan operations environment.
• Knowledge of collateral perfection requirements and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare LaserPro loan documentation and review commercial lending transactions.
• Perform post-closing review to ensure due diligence and documents are present.
• Identify trailing documentation and prepare files for Servicing and Booking.
• Coordinate with lenders and support staff to resolve issues during documentation.
• Assist in calculating real estate escrow payments and balances.
