Responsibilities

• Set up/Update Moody’s tracking based on loan docs.
• Verify loan documentation for covenant setup, updates, maintenance.
• Ensure approvals for covenant waivers and modifications.
• Interact with Lines of Business to obtain missing information.
• Process account officer reassignments.
• Review Moody’s Detail Report for covenant tracking.
• Upload documents to FCM ImageCentre.
• Review documents and classify updates.
• Maintain naming conventions and folders.
• Provide client support for assigned charters.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to Supervisor.
