Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience preparing/reviewing very complex and high-dollar commercial and commercial real estate loan transactions.
• Strong understanding of collateral perfection, loan documents and corporate credit policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to partner with lenders and staff.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys on complex loan structures and post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare LaserPro loan documentation and review attorney-drafted documents for complex commercial transactions.
• Review post-closing files to ensure due diligence is complete and documents are present.
• Identify trailing documentation and prepare files for servicing and funding.
• Coordinate with lenders, support staff and counsel to meet borrower needs and protect the bank's interests.
