Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collections on accounts over 30 days past due.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and support.
• Engage with clients by phone, email, and mail in a professional manner.
• Document account information with names, numbers, and facts gathered regarding collections or discrepancies.
• Safeguard sensitive data within this role and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company.
