Job summary

• Supervises and directs assigned staff in credit operations.
• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Reviews applications, verifies financial status, and approves credit within limits.
• Contacts delinquent customers to collect payments and enforces collection procedures.
• Ensures proper documentation of communications and maintains organized files.
• Prepares pre-legal paperwork and coordinates with attorneys as needed.
