Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned Lead Credit & Collections professional to drive cash flow improvements and manage risk across customer portfolios. You will oversee collections on high-risk accounts, partner with Sales and Finance, and implement effective credit strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in credit/collections, 2+ years in leadership, and strong Excel/reporting skills. Expect on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
  • 2+ years leadership or management experience overseeing credit and collections personnel.
  • Experience managing customer credit risk, collection strategies, dispute resolution, and delinquent accounts.
  • Strong understanding of AR, credit analysis, financial modeling, aging management, cash flow, and bad debt controls.

Job description

  • Lead credit and collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce past due balances.
  • Manage customer credit risk through credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and account monitoring.
  • Oversee collection efforts and resolution of high-risk, delinquent, and escalated accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to resolve disputes and payment issues.
  • Analyze AR aging, collection performance, and risk trends to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, coach, and support the credit and collections team to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collection procedures.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing credit and collections personnel.
  • Experience managing customer credit risk, collection strategies, dispute resolution, and resolving delinquent accounts.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit analysis, financial modeling, aging management, cash flow, and bad debt controls.

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
