Job summary

GardenCore in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the U.S. customer base. You will manage collections, credit administration, cash application, and dispute resolution to optimize cash flow and customer satisfaction.

The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, and Finance to resolve billing issues, maintain accurate accounts, and support month-end close and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in AR, credit, collections, or customer account management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts for timely collections.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email on past-due invoices.
• Analyze aging reports and reduce delinquency.
• Process payments, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues.
