Central Bank in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage day-to-day relationships with business credit card customers within the assigned market, handling all oral and written communications related to daily issues.

You will help develop procedures for Business Credit Card customers and markets, and support the market sales team with proposals, documentation, scheduling, and program oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day to day relationships with business credit card customers and their assigned market and handle all oral and written communications that deal with day-to-day issues.
• Develop and maintain procedures and policies for Business Credit Card customers and markets.
• Provide administrative support to the market sales team including assisting with proposals, correspondence/documentation, scheduling, and program oversight and maintenance.
• Setup new customer relationships on processing systems ensuring documentation requirements have been fulfilled.
• Provide guidance and support for a successful setup of the program for customer and ongoing day to day support after setup.
• Work with the business payment solutions teams to complete projects and tasks as assigned.
